Bring Your Own (BYO) Program Guidelines and Requirements
Our "Bring Your Own" service is an exclusive offering for customers who can drop off their items in person at our shop located in Madison, Wisconsin. Please note that we are currently unable to accept items sent via mail.
To ensure a smooth process and optimal results, all items must be in new or like-new condition and clean. For the safety of our team and to maintain the quality of our work, we reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these requirements.
Packaging: All items must be packaged together in a sealed container, such as a box or a sealed moving bag. To make it easier for you, we have available moving bags and boxes for sale.
Container Labeling: Please clearly label your sealed containers with your business name, contact information, and order number (if applicable). This will help us identify and process your order efficiently and avoid any potential mix-ups.
Items for embroidery only: Please bring only the items that require embroidery, without additional hangers, bags, or unrelated items. For example, if only the top part of a pajama set needs embroidery, bring only the top, not the bottoms.
Condition of items: Garments should be new or like-new, free of strong odors like perfume.
Organization: CG Embroidery and More is not responsible for dividing garments by employee names. Orders will be packed together upon completion, and customers are responsible for separating and distributing garments to their employees.
Embroidery Order spreadsheet: For orders of 5 or more items, customers must complete the "Embroidery Order" spreadsheet with garment information, logo, color, placement, etc.
Packaging fees: If you require items to be individually packaged, please let us know in advance, and we will accommodate your request for a packaging fee.
Customer-Supplied Garment Waiver & Copyright/Trademark Agreement: Upon dropping off your garments, you will be asked to sign a customer-supplied garment waiver & Copyright/Trademark Agreement. In certain cases, this waiver can be provided via email.
Disclaimer: While we take utmost care when handling garments, please be aware that there is always a slight risk of damage during the embroidery process, especially when working with delicate fabrics or smaller items. By participating in our Bring Your Own program, you acknowledge and accept this risk. CG Embroidery and More will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, which help us provide the highest quality service and results for our valued customers.
